Stephanie L. Carhee is President and Founder of UC Interlink, Inc (UCI), and for 15 years, she has delivered the passion and the magic it takes to inspire global companies to embrace new technologies and build armies of raving fans. Ms. Carhee is an award-winning leader and published author in the field of improving technology usage and adoption. She is uniquely qualified to help organizations make the most out of their investment in visual collaboration and redesign their business processes to accelerate the way they communicate with their remote offices, partners, vendors and customers. Ms. Carhee specializes in helping companies achieve a smooth roll-out of collaboration services and improve the ROI of collaboration investments.

This all started back in 2001. Ms. Carhee led the conversion that completed the largest enterprise-wide IP Telephony implementation in industry history (over 65,000 users and devices) with a cross-functional team. This early adoption of an emerging technology allowed Stephanie to leverage her expertise in human capital performance optimization and lead the industry in adoption practices.
